Board of Advisors

In addition to the Board of Directors, there are a number of individuals, who provide support with their special skills or areas of expertise that we rely on from time to time to help the Directors through specific projects and stages of our growth and development.

The SATC Board is assisted by a Board of Advisors, who have a broad perview. They posses expertise in health, health finance, business administration and other specialty areas. The following individuals have volunteered to provide advice to us:

Dr. Cohen is a sub-specialist in high risk obstetrics and brings perspectives from the business of medicine and quality of care, having served for seven years as Vice President for Women’s Heath at United Health Care / Aetna

Sterling B. Williams, MD, MS, FACOG  
American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists

Vice President for Education, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Williams has special interest and expertise in women’s heath care in South America. He is the US leader of a project in Central America to develop a system of board certification in obstetrics and gynecology to increase the quality of care, and to bring these organizations into the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
